Crazy/Beautiful

'You are crazy,' he said. 'That's why I chose you.'

I have been described as many things - crazy, eccentric, insane, charismatic, even wild.

I like to think of it as a positive attribute. If someone was ever to ask why, I would merely say that I am an adventure, you just never know what you are going to get, and thats what makes this wonderful life I am living exciting.

I don't want to be you or someone else. I want to be and feel every single part of what makes me, me. If I want to scream I will scream. If I want to make love with a stranger, dance naked in the rain, I will. Why? Am I self destructive, a loose cannon perhaps? Maybe. Maybe I just want to do and experience everything I feel. Thankfully those feelings are harmless and just a little fun, but I don't want to bow down to what people think is appropriate.

A man said to me recently,'You are crazy. That's why I chose you. You were not following the norm. You didn't seem to care about yourself or others, you just did what you wanted. You were crazy, but  god you were beautiful.'

End of the world

I love the way an image can make you feel. Capturing a single moment  in a frame that will last forever. I got lost in the photos imagining an entirely different world that was untouchable.

About A Boy: Jack Grayson

Originally from Yass, Australia, Jack Grayson photographs stunning people, places, and things for a living. Currently based in London, Jack is chasing his passion as a photographer whilst experiencing other worldly adventures. Having worked with Jack a few years ago (before he became famously and fabulously sought after)  I have become obsessed with his work and attitude towards life.  So here is a snapshot into the life of Mr. Grayson. Enjoy

How did you get started in photography?
I was studying architecture but realised I loved photography a lot more, so I dropped out and started assisting, where I assisted Max Doyle for 2 years.

Where do you find your inspiration?

Pretty much everywhere haha, types of light, certain stories, research papers. I’m interested in everything.

Any memorable travel stories?
My favourite recent travel memory was lying on the coast of Italy with my girlfriend, watching the sun go down with a bottle of wine in a village with no cars, heaven

What do you consider the funnest part of your job?
Getting to explore a million different things and call it work.

How does living in London affect the work you create?

I love London because no matter what your idea is there are going to be other people interested in making it happen.

If you could choose one artist/band to listen to for the rest of your life who would it be?
It would probably be between Real Estate and Twerps.

If you could meet one person dead or alive who would it be?
Marc Newson does some pretty great work, Pierre Soulages too, I watched an interview once where he was saying when he works on a canvas for a while and decides he doesn’t like it, he burns it, then he goes to sleep and starts again. Or Cindy Sherman, sorry that wasn’t really one person haha.

Favourite food –
In love with orecchiette + broccoli at the moment
Favourite drink –
Fond of a negroni at the bar

Finally, what can we look forward to seeing from you in 2015?
I’ve got some exciting projects coming up with some really exciting people, so hopefully lots of beautiful work!

For those interested you can view more of Jacks work here and here. If you aren't interested do it anyway because he is AMAZING! Come back home and visit soon Jackie boy
